1. Our GDPR Commitment
Greymint Labs is fully committed to compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We have implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data belonging to EU and UK residents.
2. Lawful Basis for Processing

4. Data Protection Officer

5. International Data Transfers
We offer EU data residency for customers who require their data to remain within the European Union. For transfers outside the EU, we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay, as required by Article 33 and 34 of the GDPR.
7. Sub-Processors
We maintain a list of sub-processors who process personal data on our behalf. We conduct due diligence on all sub-processors and ensure they provide adequate safeguards for personal data protection.
